Amazing bakery! Their macarons are so fresh and delicious! I placed an order for a babyshower we were hosting and everybody loved them! The staff was very friendly and accommodating, really appreciate them getting this order prepped for me. If you want a taste of some delicious French desserts, I highly recommend you check out Antoinette Boulangerie ^_^
Came here this afternoon and was greeted by the very friendly staff! They had a great assortment of pastries, not too many where it's hard to choose and not too little either. I ended up getting the chocolate cloud cookies (like a homemade Oreo), creme brûlée, apple tart, and Paris Brest. You'll love the chocolate cloud cookie if your favorite part of an Oreo is the cookie. I'll be going back for sure to try more!
Ordered a birthday cake from here and it was amazing. The team was friendly, helpful and responsive throughout the entire process. Not only did the cake look beautiful, but tasted just as great. Everyone at the birthday party was very impressed, especially with the cream cheese frosting! Will definitely be back in the future.

My wife is an excellent baker, who usually makes my birthday cake for me. This year she couldn't, so I bought a cake from Antoinette Boulangerie. I'm a bakery snob. When I'm not eating homemade desserts, I only buy from the best bakeries in NYC and NJ. Antoinette Boulangerie is one of them. The cake I bought was not pre-ordered; it was a ready-to-go cake for the day I called, which was my birthday. There were three that day: Red Velvet, Chocolate, Lemon-Raspberry. I chose the Lemon-Raspberry: lemon icing, vanilla cake, raspberry filling. It was FANTASTIC. The cake itself was perfectly moist, light and flavorful; the lemon icing was delicious and just the right amount of sweet, not too sweet; the raspberry filling was delicate. These are the signs of an excellent baker. In the past I've also had pastries from Antoinette, usually tarts and eclairs, and they've always been excellent. My wife thought the cake was so good that she's considering appointing Antoinette Boulangerie as my official birthday baker.
I really wanted to share my experience for I was truly pleased with the service. I stopped in to request for some custom macarons for my God daughters Sweet 16 Birthday tea party. Not only did they succeed in achieving my request but they went above beyond with the decorations. When I presented them to my God daughter she was truly excited and she enjoyed the taste. Thank You so much. I will definitely return in the future.
I don’t eat desserts but stopped by while walking around town. My daughter wanted to try something so we decided to go in. We ordered this pastry, but I was blown away. lil crunch in the middle and it wasn’t too sweet or creamy. Perfect taste, perfect sweetness, perfect texture. I took a bite but ended up eating most of it. I forgot the name but just show the pic The staff in there were super helpful n friendly. I don’t eat sweet at all but if and when I do, I ll now head to Antoinette. 🥐 🥮 🇫🇷
Zeynep is amazing!! She baked an absolutely stunning first birthday cake for my son’s’s birthday. It was a 3-tiered teddy bear-themed cake, and she did a fabulous job!! She was a pleasure to work with, and I’d highly highly recommend her.
I really enjoyed my visit to Antoinette Boulangerie. The customer service experience was the best in redbank. Quincy took great care of us and made a great recommendation to try their croissants. I can’t wait to go back.
Stopped by for breakfast after a hike around Rocky Point Trail. I had the ham and cheese croissant and my friends had the almond croissant. They were both phenomenal. I'm a savory fan so the thick salty ham at the center made me happy. The almond croissant had some chocolate and was decadent as well. The interior is so pretty with its pastries and decor. Service was quick and we were able to sit at their tables outside and enjoy our croissants in the nice weather.
